I can say that this hotel is better for the price which is situating in city centre, as well as view to the sea.

If you are going to book earlier they can reserve even the rooms which is on the up floors and better view to the sea.

The reception and housekeeping team is kind and trying to help the guests all time.

Related to the breakfast I noticed that some guests did not like it, but this may be the typical Turkish breakfast which I have seen in other Turkish hotels as well.

While staying at the top floor I admire that Wi Fi did not work properly and it did some problems (I could not enter to the internet in my bed, therefore I had to go to the bathroom side)

We stayed 5 nights in the hotel, staff was helpful cleaner woman is doing her job at best. Hotel was really clean yet old. We stayed in a deluxe room, definitelly is not worthy for its price. The whole building was shaking when you walk and sea view is not really worth to pay. There were a small kitchen in room which we loved to have. Breakfast of hotel was not enough. They gave just a single plate to everyone. Not enough amount and does not have diversity. Location is good have a walkable distance to many of touristical places.

If you want to stay in a high quality hotel, in a great location, and for an amazing price, then you have to come here. I found this hotel through AirBnB, and I paid 46 Euros for 2 nights for 2 guests - which is an amazing price. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque, and the Hagia Sofiya - the main attractions of the city. It is also surrounded by many restaurants. The Grand Bazaar is also within a very short walk. The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was nice. The safe box and the fridge were also great additions for the room. The balcony had a great view of the Marmara Sea, and the rooftop offers a panoramic view of the city. The breakfast is healthy and light. The reception staff is also very friendly. Easily the best value I have ever gotten at a hotel.

It’s a small hotel having not bad view from its restaurant and terrace. Open terrace is quite small, I’d say very small but good enough when there is not much people. When it’s cool outside, there are not any :) There is also sea view both from some rooms (they are great by quality/value ratio!) and “restaurant” (which is in fact not a restaurant but the room for breakfast, it could be used for self-service (tea, coffee) at later time too. Rooms, we had the one with sea view, are quite big and light, having large windows, not same size rooms hotels like this cheap usually have. They are bigger. Bath room was quite big too. No problem with hot water, etc. Sea view is present but not really great, there is construction plot (noisy in the day time), railway (Marmaray line) below your windows. If you like to look at multiple ships running in many directions, it’s for you. Some rooms have nice balconies, quite small. You can hear little noise from other rooms but noise from big Kennedy Road below and from buildings more significant. Hotel has great location, almost in the middle old center (3-5 minutes on foot). It’s clean enough. Staff is helpful. Hotel is suitable for site seeing, all interesting spots are nearby, 5-15 minutes on foot. You can use their airport transfer, I enjoyed it. Excursions are also available in hotel reception. Overall impression is really good, especially for the money I have paid.
