we stayed for two nights in Istanbul after 3 weeks of travelling in Kaukasus. The room was very clean, very nicely decorated, with all the little extra things (special pillows, airco, etc). The service was excellent, they sat down with us over a map explaining about sights (even openning and closing hours), recomended areas to go out for dinner, etc, gave a lot of tips about the city. The hotel also has a very nice terrace bar where they serve breakfast and you can also sit for drinks or dinner with a great view. It's one amongst the few places, which has some green around, so the views are quite nice.

Could have been perfect if I would not have diarrhea and vomiting from the dinner food. I did not eat nothing outside the hotel.
Otherwise the hotel is nice, clean, good breakfast, very nice restaurant - terrace on the top (where from you can see the sea Marmara, the Bosphorus, the islands and the ships). The staff is very polite and helpful, some rooms are small but well equipped and nice.
The surrondings are very old, dirty and the streets very narrow and very crowded but the hotel is close (500-1000 m) to the historical buildings. And the road is hilly.
At 4 am must wake up because the muezzin calls the muslims for praying.
Good conection for Wi -Fi in the room.

-We are a family of 4 that stayed at Ottoman Park the last week of July during Ramadan and Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel and in Istanbul in general. We strongly recommend this hotel.
-The location of the hotel is good, it is in old town within walking distance to Ayasofia and Blue Mosque and 10 min to new town with taxi.
-The rooms are very clean and quite, with Air condition, Flat Screen TV, Free WIFI and a writing desk.
-The breakfast buffet at the terrace is delicious with a great view on the sea.
-But the best thing with this hotel was the service of the staff. A special thank to Halil who helped us from the first second we entered the hotel. We sat down in the very nice hotel lobby with a map of Istanbul and he took his time to recommend attractions and explained how to reach them. Also a special thank to Alican and Anil who like Halil also always helped us to book the best restaurants in Istanbul and arrange either taxi or in some cases free shuttle service to and back from restaurant. They always had the time to answer our many questions. We would also like to thank Ali for his service and smiley attitude during our stay. Also we shoudn't forget to thank the staff at the restaurant in the terrace, always smiley and perfect service.
- We will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel for 5 nights. We paid extra for a delightful and romantic room (with a great bathroom) on the 6th floor overlooking the Sea of Marmara and it was worth it, . Looking at the ships was lovely. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a great way to start the day. Staff were friendly but spoke adequate English. As walkers, we had no trouble walking up to the tram or Blue Mosque/Sultanemet but it is hilly and takes 12 minutes and not the best location for anyone who doesn't like walking.

We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was very clean, with good food - perfect for a romantic break. Located about 10 minutes from the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar, it is very accessible and save to get to during the evening. The personal was very accommodating: ours special thanks go to Anil Erdorgan (I hope the spelling is correct) for his exceptional services – he was very professional, friendly and helpful, and by far one of the best hotel staff we have ever come across.
The only downside of the hotel is that the interior of the rooms was slightly worn in comparison to the photos on the website, and it does not benefit from good noise insulation when it comes to neighbouring rooms.
Overall, we would recommend the hotel!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We enjoyed the tranquility of the area, the exquisite views, and the outstanding service from the reception staff. The last night of the stay we dined at the hotel restaurant - it was superb. True fine dining experience.

Room Tip: Rooms at the end of the passage have two double doors, thus lighter and sunnier and airier.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Was welcomed to a lovely airconditioned room after a comprehensive introduction to the city map by the check in staff.

As others have said, this hotel isn't on the main street, so is a bit quieter and there is a robust walk up the hill (probably should get used to it thou as Istanbul is hilly!). Personally though, I liked being in a real neighbourhood and seeing a bit of daily Istanbul life.

Room was clean, breakfast was nice (great views from the terrace), the only fault I could say is that the bathroom was a bit small. Great value for money.
