“Shisha in Istanbul”

If you are tired of walking around in historical sites, you could stop by in this place to cool down. Turkish coffee highly recommended and people around you most probably speak English, so you could ask anything you want.
It is one of the oldest shisha cafe in Istanbul, customer profiles vary but mostly daytime younger crowd, university students, night time tourists and older guys around.

l was surprised seeing smoke coming out so strongly by the corner of Medresah , lots of local men and women ( university students) siting having tea and smoking water smoke ( NARGILE ) l realized this is a hub for social events , meeting with their friends and chatting,,and also a couple of small shops selling lamps and small rugs

Great, relaxing place... very cool ambience and escape from the hustle around you. That said, trip advisor led us on a wild goose chase to find it. The map and address are completely wrong. This place is located just near grand bazaar... next door to Ali Pasa Madressi mosque (through stone arched entrance). Great tip, bad location advice. Enjoy.

Everytime I have been in Istambul I have ended the day having a apple tea and quietly smoking a narguile here. It was and old medersa and now almost all the rooms are different tea houses that are always very bussy with locals sharing the news of the day and tourists triying not to seem to ridiculous when trying to learn to smoke with narguile. Love this place!
