It is a place that you can see miniatures of major manouments all over Turkey. Especially the minis from Anatolia is very useful if you dont have time to visit them. Dont miss.

“Big help to plan your vacation”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 20, 2014

I am originally from Turkey and now live in The US. Last april i went to Turkey for a vacation an visit this museum. I didn't know Turkey had that many places to visit. The little miniature buildings, sculptures, bridges etc. gives you an idea what you'd like to see next. I decided to visit Mardin when i see the miniatures of the city houses

All the monuments and buildings you see in Miniaturk make you understand better the Turkish culture and illustrates what Turkey really means. It's worth visiting Miniaturk.

“Nice place”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 12, 2014

It was not one of my favourite places in Istanbul. The miniatures are not so well realised as the ones in similar museums in Europe. It is nice though to have an image of so many beautiful places in Turkey, it also helps you plan your next trip to this beautiful country.

“Nice place to hang out!”

I loved this place. It sums up all the important sightseeings in Turkey in small shapes. It gives you an idea about the historic places and attractions with description on each of them. There is also an audio guide in different languages which is very informative. Easy accessible by the local bus.
