Reviewed May 24, 2013

Very clean town on the Bosphours . Fishermen fishing on the Bosphours along the park . People drive luxurious cars in Bebek streets , 'place for the elite' . Nice restaurants in town but some a bit pricy . Excellent walk in the park . Shopping is interesting in Bebek .

“Istanbuls version of "made in Chelsea"”
Reviewed May 17, 2013 via mobile

Ladies that lunch and over-manicured young men with daddys Porche or mummys Bentley can all be found mixing with us less fortunate folk. Don't be tempted to pay a fortune for a water-front lunch or patisserie - you don't get what you pay for. Do have lunch at Cafe nero, Starbucks or a typically Turkish cafe (next door to the "I saw you coming" establishments) with a harbour view - ypu get what you pay for with spectacular views thrown in for free.

Beautiful neighbourhood with a lovely park by the sea. Buy a couple of bottles of Efes and soak up the atmosphere.

“Good place to go after visiting Rumali Hisari”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

My wife and I walked to Bebek on March 4, 2013 after scaling the heights of Rumali Hisari. It's about a twenty minute walk along the Bosphorus. It looks like a nice place of lunch. Because we needed to catch a flight, we just had a coffee along the waterfront.

And for all those people who need their Western coffee fix, there is a Starbucks (the Man) and a Caffe Nero (the British Man).
