''bebek '' means ''Baby'' that we ı can easily say with dock and with luxury houses around bosphorus ı can say baby of Istanbul.

“Trendy and Posh area of Istanbul”
Reviewed May 5, 2012

Take a walk in this area and enjoy the seaside and the park by the water. Also, see a different side of Istanbul where the expensive restaurants are. You can find the Porches and the Ferraris on winding streets of Bebek. Houses in this area are said to cost millions of Euros. There is a shop here in front of the Starbucks (said to have the best view) that sells pistachio and almond marzipan. Went for dinner here and enjoyed excellent seafood. A few restaurants here play good house music. If you like this type of scene, then you should definitely visit Bebek.

“Busy, bustling - Better stops to be found”
Reviewed March 30, 2012

Bebek's traffic is abysmal. Istanbul is a collection of 'villages' and there are shoreline villages closer to the center for tourists. For the bustle yet closer, I prefer Ortakoy. For less bustle, but all the flavor, try Arnavutkoy which is the village before Bebek.

“the fanciest street on the European side”
Reviewed March 23, 2012

Pros: - many shops to do window shopping
- alot of restaurants that are very tastey
- easy to get to and alot of transportation stations are there.
- i recommend to go to it more than one time. there areNO SCAMS here.

Cons: - no directions or tourist information points.
- expensive everything
- very over priced super clubs like Sortie and Reina, oh BTW Reina is better than sortie, because if you ask for more than 1 redbull they wont serve you (pure attitude problem)

Recommend: to go to it as much as you can to walk, to go fishing ther, to go for breakfast there and most important to eat alot of seafood there.
