When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a porter and he helpfully directed us downstairs to the lobby where we checked in and were able to leave our suitcases. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful and unexpectedly we were upgraded to a suite with a king size bed - a very pleasant and welcome surprise. Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was large with a jetted tub.
We found this hotel to be very centrally located - very close to Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, tram, and the Sultanhamel Square. There were plenty of restaurants close by.
I tried a turkish massage, which was very relaxing and then tried the turkish bath (free for guests), which was very different from anything i have ever tried. i liked being the only one in the bath and it was co-ed!
We didn't get to try to breakfast as our transfer to airport was very early! The view from the restaurant was lovely! We definitely would go back to this hotel again!
Another pleasant surprise was having the use of a computer for emails....very handy as i had not experienced that in any of hotels in italy where we stayed.

Besides the summary in the subject this hotel has additional highlight as real Turkish Baths free for their guests and a great view from the restaurant (and breakfast saloon).

I liked the location, but it is a busy street. You can hear horns honking with windows closed but it got pretty quiet at night (Room 224). Short walk to Hagia Sophia and the Sultanhamet Square. Lots of shops along the way. The breakfast buffet had a lot of selections, food was OK but not great. Price for breakfast was the same whether paid in advance with the room, or just paid on the mornings you want it (10 € ).

Kingsize bed was two twin mattresses pushed together, so there was a bump in the middle. And interestingly the blanket/comforter was only a double -- didn't ever reach across the top of the bed. Everything was very clean, the room size was nice, A/C worked great, wifi worked but was very slow.

I was upset when they charged the airport transfer fee for EACH direction, when the website implies the transfer is round-trip (website says cost is 35.00 € per room a stay). There are several websites where you can book ROUNDTRIP transfers for 35€ so I felt ripped off but they wouldn't budge.

When we entered the hotel,we had a warm welcome. We are a family of five,we requested for 2 adjacent rooms..i.e.3 bedded and 2 bedded.Though it was difficult..but somehow it was arranged. The rooms were clean so also the bathrooms. The Hotel is centrally located..but the entrance to the hotel is at the basement..but thats not an issue as the rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hotel is at walking distance from the grand bazaar,Hagia Sophia,Blue Mosque.

The accommodation was great and the staff were very helpful and cheerful. Baver and Mecrun were the main two staff members we had contact with and they could not do enough to help us. Nothing was too much trouble . There is a nice sauna and spa room which we did not have time to use but it looked very comfortable and the massage rates were also good. Breakfast was nice and the balcony was a nice spot to sit and look out over the streets of Istanbul whilst having breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bathroom was a good size compared to some of our other accommodation. The hotel is central to all the main tourist attractions in Istanbul so it was easy to walk everywhere. We loved the shopping and atmosphere in Istanbul and would love to go back.

My wife and I stayed in a room with a Mosqus view. The noise wasn't as bad as some indicated, or I feared. The windows are quite good. They are solid and the centre one can be opened to access the mini balcony and get fresh air. They keep the sound out and with ear plugs I didn't hear anything. I have no complaints and would recommend this place as one of the best hotels I've stay at in the past few years. I stay mainly at Bestwesterns, Days Inns, Quality Inns, so I'm happy as long as the room is clean and functional. This was beyond that.

Room Tip: Book in advance off their website. The inner rooms are probably the quietest, though my street side...
