The Ramada Grand Bazaar is a nice little hotel, very well kept and clean. The staff of the hotel are very nice and helpful especially the ladies at the reception desk. They go out of their way to help. The room was small but nicely decorated. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel is close to the station Akasary and various shops. If you enjoy a walk Sultan Ahmed is 30 minute walk where you can see the blue mosque and catch the hop on hop off the see all the interesting sites.

Great experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides good location being just a walk away from the Grand Bazaar. We didnt try any other meal except breakfast so cannot speak for the rest but the breakfast was very good with many options available.Room was clean. TV could probably do with more English channel options , but overall a great experience would definitely recommend it and plan to go back again.

Upon reaching the hotel,we were surprised greatly by the road closed sign.So we were forced to unload and walk for a few steps towards the hotel's entrance.I really find it so odd for the reason that we felt stranded in the middle of nowhere carrying our 2 huge luggages.Really stressful, especially I have a toddler with me....sigh!Good thing that front desk staffs were very fast in our check in process.
Room is so cozy,so neat, however,a little bit average in size.Marbled bathroom is shiningly clean with sufficient supply of essentials.I just love their complimentary coffee making machine with free mini espresso.Complimentary fruit platter further enhanced the 2 nights and 3 days stay.Oh rainshower is great too!
Buffet breakfast have a great selection of breads and pastries.I love their cheese spring roll so much. The waiter is so friendly,he even showed us the images of his son.
Location wise,Ramada is just a few minutes walk to the tram, souks, restos and specialty shops. However,it is located at the last corner of the street and beside a mini park which means one could still enjoy calmness and peace.

Room Tip: We got a corner room which I think larger than the others.

Dear Haydee,

Thank you for your kind comments about Ramada Istanbul Grand Bazaar and Our Team. It was a great experince for us to host you here at your home Ramada Istanbul Grand Bazaar.

As you know our hotel is located at the old part of istanbul, next to a nice park. There are barriers in this part of the city which operates between 09:00 am to 06:00 pm and no cars (except some) allowed to enter between these hours to this part of the city. We are meeting with the local authorities, at least to accept guests vehicles to drop off guest who comes to the hotels. If you ever come again please just give us a call and barriers are just 15 metres to hotel. We will come to help you lugguages immediately.

We will always be glad to see you in our hotel. Please do not forget that Ramada Istanbul Grand Bazaar will always be your home in Turkey and you will be a part of our family. Contact us if you need any kind of assistance about Istanbul or Turkey.

This was my first time in Istanbul and I believe I was trying to find a reasonable rate for a two night stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The woman concierge, whose name escapes me, spoke perfect English. She assisted with dinner reservations and sight seeing!

The room was cozy, which is pretty typical of European hotel rooms. It was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet included in the room rate was very good. Although, there was a little confusion on the time it was open. The dinner was fantastic and inexpensive. My only criticism about the room is that they did not provide a box of Kleenex.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to great tourist attractions. When I was trying to make my way back to the hotel one day everyone kept sending me to the Ramada Grand Bazaar. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. I was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe.

Thank you,
BeBop

We are currently staying in this hotel till the New Year...till now we are satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The room is sparkling clean with all the necessary amenities. Every staff we have come across portrays warm hospitality and so keen to help you out with anything. There was also a personal note from the GM addressed to me at the room which was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast spread has a great variety and the fresh omelettes are delicious. It is located in a good neighbourhood and all forms of transportation and services are nearby. This is a perfect hotel if you are here in Istanbul for tourism.
The only downside of the room I would say is the WiFi is a bit slow but enough to get your pictures up and make calls over Skype.
Looking forward for the rest of my vacation here and will definitely come back when we are here again!
