The hotel has recently been reconstructed and appears to be completely new - with fresh room designs and bathrooms. The rooms are cleaned carefully, towels are changed everyday or every other day. However, there's one trick - you are lucky if you've got a room with a street view: it is sunny and really nice. However, there's another quite unpleasant option - some rooms face another building that is only 1-2m from the hotel wall. These rooms are really dark and you've got no view at all. Such rooms on the 2nd floor are really scary - it is dark there even when the sun shines brightly.
The stuff is quite helpful, receptionists are multilingual. The restaurant is really good, and offers delicious food (however, the prices are a bit unreasonable). The breakfast was quite ok - with plenty of fruits, nuts, and 2-3 hot dishes.
The location is really great - 10min to Grand Bazaar, 20min to Spice Bazaar, with a plenty of sightseeing in-between:)
I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, but be aware of the rooms view (it can really ruin the impression)More
