I can only confirm the comments made here by others... a great place to eat. We had the Testi Kebab for 2 which was fantastic. Flatbread a dips to start, plus Baklava to finish was on the house. The flatbread was amazing, very light and fluffy.

Would heartily recommend to anyone staying in the area.

I was looking for a place to have dinner in this area and I was convinced by Gino to try this place. Friendliest waiter ever, and the food was incredible. The beef casserole was particularly good! I really recommend this place.

We went there because it was close to the hotel and it was raining. Most of the restaurants in the vicinity are average quality tourist geared places but thanks to Gino we had a different experience at Shadow. He put up a great show when serving a delicious meal from a clay pot heated in a fire.

We went here originally because of the good ratings and it was close to our hotel (Biz Cevahir). It is about a 10 minute walk from the major sites such as the Blue Mosque and The Hagia Sophia.

They have several good dishes. We opted for the dinner cooked in a clay pot and it is well presented as entertainment and also good to eat. They were also bringing out a flaming dish of something which people were ordering. The waiters are very friendly and talked to us regularly during the meal.

A spontaneous party broke out while we were there. A large group of Russians were eating and drinking (a lot) and invited other people on the patio to join in. We are from the United States, there was a couple from Canada, and another couple from England all sitting together and having a good time. It was a fun evening.
