-as you walk into the restaurant you can see the meat all sitting in chiller cabinets
-amazing location on the Bosporus, sitting outside on the Asian side just a little North of the South bridge (South Bridge is called Bogazici [g with u-accent on top ad c with accent underneath] Bridge)
-menu was not large but offered some lovely cuts if beef.
-I understand that Turks do not like their meet rare so a good place if you like beef cooked medium or medium-well
-lovely setting and a place to go for the evening while the sun sets of the European side if Istanbul
