This is a rooftop restaurant that really took our breath away. The service is very good and the food is very good, as well. The only thing that I didn't like, which is really typical of Istanbul Restaurants, is that they love to add french fries (as a opposed to a baked or mashed potato) and they don't put a "green" (broccoli/aparagus) on your plate. We ordered steaks that were served with a lovely cream sauce...very good. The prices are not cheap ($150 U.S - with bottle of wine but the romantic view makes it worth every penny.
