i stayed (thanks god) only one night there. It was really a depressing experience especially that the hotel was presented to me as a 4 star hotel. It is as best a 1 star hotel. It brought me 20 years ago, while in college. It is dirty, noisy, dark ...expensive ..

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. I travel a lot both business and leisure and this is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. They say it's rated as 4* but it definitely is not, I would say a 2* and that's the most it can get! Starting from a dull reception, a lazy and unfriendly attitude of the front desk staff, the room that if I start criticizing would need to write a book! Size of the room is by far smaller than any 4* I ever saw. Towels are old & dirty. As for the breakfast, it was ok but sure is not a value for money with so little varieties. In general it is the worst hotel experience I had for a very long time. I definitely don't recommend this hotel for anyone!

Stayed at this hotel as part of a group booking. The best feature is its' location. It is situated close to Taksim square and is within easy reach of shops , cafes and a number of good restaurants.
The condition of the hotel was very disappointing. My room was dusty and smelt musty and damp. The shower had black mould growing on the tiles and the shower head was shower head bracket was coming off the wall. Water was worryingly dirty on occasions.
To rate this hotel with 4 stars is a joke. I would give it 2 stars at a push.
The swimming pool and gym are not part of the hotel!

This is a dirty hotel. Bathrooms were nasty, water lines in shower had mudy water. In a very crowded area and rude front desk person. The bed was broken and hard as wood, room were smelly and hardly any room to walk if you put two suit cases in there. Bath tubs had scum all around and hard to climb in. Please please do not opt for this hotel.

I was traveling with a group, but had a room to myself. It was small, with two single beds, but comfortable enough. You wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in the room other than to sleep. The location was very convenient, on a reasonably quiet street a couple of blocks from Taksim Square, where many transportation options were available. I took a bus from the airport to Taksim and easily walked to the hotel from the drop-off point. The blocks around the hotel are full of other hotels, small restaurants and convenience stores. A nice breakfast was served on the lower floor.

the location is good about 150m from taksim square , and isteklal street which is the main shopping area and restaurants , near the bus and metro station
i went with my mum and my little girl , the room they gave to us was very very very small , it was impossible to stay so i called the receiption and ask to change the room cause there is no space to put a babybed in , they were very very helpful and gave me a very very big room ..
but overall it doesn't look as a 4* hotel , looks like 3* max.
breakfast is good , staff are really helpfull and polite

Room Tip: most room are small , as the general of all european hotel's room
