I stayed for 2 nights at Pianoforte Hotel Istanbul, i was in Istanbul for a bussines trip at at the Tuyap conference hall. Totally surprised about the deluxe room that i had, recently renewed fresh room with nice orthopedic bed and big nice bathroom with bathtub and bathroom amenities, slippers nice tv with sattelite channels and split airco. The morning started with an open buffet breakfast which was surprisly enough to start the day.

Hopefully my next stayment in Istanbul will be in Pianoforte Hotel again and i recommend this hotel for the travelers who look for a nice stayment in Istanbul.

Stayed at Pianoforte Hotel in december 2013 for 3 nights.

Welcome was warm and professional as it should be. Got very useful information from the reception and manager of the hotel (hopefully i wont write it wrong: Mr. Suleiman?), which made our visit in Istanbul much easier.

Room (in total, bathroom as well!) was very modern (which was above our expactation!) and clean. It was cleaned daily by the housekeeping. After a chat with the manager of the hotel (Mr. Suleiman), we discovered why the room was modern. The hotel had been renovated recently, all the rooms are now in a perfect condition! =) We started our day with the daily (continental/turkish) breakfast, which was sufficient and fresh every day.

All together it was peaceful and great stayment at Pianoforte. We'll be back for sure!! =)

Thank you for your personal information and help Mr. Suleiman and the rest of the staff...

Greetings from Holland...

me and my husband stay at piano forte hotel for 7 nights.at first they show us the room 701,but becouse I have read trip advisor carefully I know that this room was not goog, it was smelly and there is no elevator to that room. we choose 208 room.it was clean and comforte.and these rooms price is 10 dollar expensive than 701 and 702. but it worth. breakfast was good you can choose what you want to eat and it was delicious also. cake , cheese, egg, jam, ......
about the distance , it was about 3 minute to bus station, and about 10 minute to metro, for tramva you have to cross the street and it was 10 min also to get the station. around the hotel (fatih and Lalali) were very good for visiting and in the way to reach metro , there was a vary big shopping center that all the brands were there and there was mini migros too.

Located at a very strategic location, near the Aksaray Metro station and the big Fatih Mosque. The room I got was clean and comfortable, and staff were helpful and very gentle (even though there were some language understanding problems, but they did their best to understand our needs)
The breakfast was humble enough to fill your stomach at morning
Overall, a good hotel to sleep in at nights ;)

Room Tip: Stay away from rooms 701 and 702, the others are perfect

Well, let me be honest, I didn't pay much so I wan't expecting much either. But over all the location was good. Between Fatih and Aksaray close to the metro, Tramvay and bust stations. The hotel itself is on a steep road so u better be ready for that! The rooms and toilet are clean though the toilet smelled like sewage and the smell was all over the room (That was the only disappointment for me). The breakfast was totally normal, I'm sure many would say it was poor for a 4star hotel but it was enough for us! We were on the 5th floor and had a great view! So if you don't consider the sewage smell, the rest was OK.

A good option in a very convenient location near the heart of the European Istanbul. Near the metro and and even possible to reach on foot the main touristic attractions of the city. The service is completely ok and the bedroom, although not big, was really cozy.

the staff were polite and helpful, but one of them who was AFGHAN did not treat properly. beside the hotel was very depresing, dark and not clean. the sheets on bed were terrible!! dirty! the wallpapers, chair, cutains... all old and not neat! the mini bar doesnt work at all, bathroom didnot have any ventilator! wrost of all was that they gave us room 702! which we had to gof up to 6th floor by elavator and then walk uo the stairs to 7th floor!!!! to wrap it up only the location and some staff good, but u can find much better hotels in istanbul with such a price!

Room Tip: never let them give u room 702 and 701
