We had to leave Turkey 2 days earlier than planned, because of the urgent matter back home.
So we asked if 2 days of room charge was refundable. Their answer was no.
Ok, we understand that, because we booked through BOOKING.COM and already paid the full charge in advance.
Then we asked if they are able to take out breakfast charge we added to our service (total 280 TL) for our early leave.
The manager came and said it is IMPOSSIBLE.
2days Room Charge: 701 TL

The bottom line is that they have no flexibility to their services.

We have a film crew scheduled to come and stay in few more weeks but we'd better look for other hotel to stay.
Film crew of 153 people.

Your reservation is Non- Refundable and Room Only reservation via Booking.com. If your reservation was refundable, we can refund your 2 nights fee.Unfortunately when you made check-out early, we didn't refund any fee. You asked about your extra breakfast cost for us. We just helped two breakfast meal for you. Normally your breakfast cost is 350 TL but we took for you 280 TL and we made a discount for you %20.

For tourism, the location of hotel is slightly uncomfortable if you are specially interested in visiting 'the Old City': you're obliged to use tram, metro or taxi to go or come back to hotel from Old City. On the other way, hotel facilities are excellent and personnel highly serviciable.

I stayed 5 days with a friend, for a conference nearby.
It is a classic hotel, good size room, all the facilities needed. I was greeted in a friendly manner, there was fresh fruit in our room, it had a huge shower and a good bed.

The porters were helpful with tips for restaurants, shopping and getting taxis, and making sure the price was right.

Breakfast buffet with everything usually present at a good hotel breakfast.
It is a good location. The street outside is busy, but it is only about a 10 minute walk to Taksim Square. There are restaurants close by.
I really have nothing to complain about.

Room tip: if you get a room towards the back, noise from the street should be less problematic.

Dinner to be improved is my recommandation due to the fact that be have been offered to choose among buffet products mainly with a selection of salads. H

If you want to get hepatitis you have to visit this hotel. Very dirty hotel, smelling mold. They said this hotel 4stars but this hotel in istanbul which cost 130 euros is only 2 stars. my dog's house is more clean than this hotel. Stank the bathroom drain and the smell of mold was everywhere. The carpet in the room was dirty and you couldn't breath with closed windows. Inside the mini bar the goods was EXPIRED. Safety box did not closed. The tour agent in my GREECE recommend as good, but was a house of bacteria. The hotelier staff rude and no one spoke english. Huge disappointment from istanbul.

You had a problem on your travel agency. You spoke with Mr. Yorgo about your reservation problem approximately 10 minutes. On your first room you didn't like it. Then we changed your room on 5th floor immediately. You stayed 4 nights in our hotel and you didn't tell us any problem in you room. We apologize for what you experienced but our hotel is not dirty as you specify. We wanted to spoke with you and I sent an e-mail but you didn't give us any answer.
