(+) Location : The tram station is just out of the door and Hagia Sophia 2 min walk away
(+) Hassan, one of the recepionists, is very helpful and kind
(-) Smell : The rooms were smell awful.. We slept with open windows in order to breathe.. The first night we asked to change room or leave and the staff kindly changed our room.. When we enter the new room it was ok but when we return late in the afternoon the smell was just back there..
(-) Walls that missing paint, old furniture, lack of table lamps, tv did not work, dirty floor in the bathroom(old not uncleaned), old bath
(-) No provide of bed sheets for covering and when we ask only the 1st day we had 2 and not actually as they should be.. We were to use only blankets that probably everyone before has used
(-) Breakfast was totally unacceptable, taste and you will find my critic indulgent.. (The view from breakfast place was magnificent)
(-) Mini Bar : An old refrigerator which was empty..

Bed is without duvet, blanket provided was only a big bathrobe, you can see the metal suspension of the bed because it's old and lame.
Electricity power inside the bathroom is down when you turn on your shower, but when you turn off your shower, it'll be brighter again.
water closet is sucks, dirty even when we just step in but we cant complain coz the Receptionist is not so friendly and please please give the receptionist exact amount of money bcoz when you ask for the change, he'll say later and later until you forgot (it's not happen only to me but also with some other guests).
Breakfast is so poor unlike other hotels in Sultanahmet which provides several types of ham, cheese, corn flakes, milk, coffee, tea. In this hotel, they only provide you with bread and jam, cucumber and tomato, tea and cofee! Even when my mom asked for water, they say you have to buy it with additional cost!
But when a Turkish guest is asking, they give it for free. And they will watch you out if you're not moving from the breakfast place bcoz they think you're gonna eat more. What's the matter with them?
There is a tram station downstairs so dont expect a quiet sleep coz it stops around 10pm and starts maybe around 7am.
The elevator is the old-kind one so insecure.
I will never recommend anyone to stay here ever!

Room Tip: Choose the Suite room for EUR130/night for the same quality in their photo advertisement, the rest a...

What a horrible place this is! Just do not stay there. They sell rooms with all kind of services, but the rooms do not have all of this: a working TV, minibar and bathtop Wifi etc. The room was dirty with hair (not mine) in the shower and the ceiling was peeling off in 5 places in my room due to a moisture problem. Dust and flakes were all over my bed and bed side table. The curtains did not close as well and there were pistacho's on the floor from a former guest I suppose. Just a cheap place not worth one star. The Breakfast is poor compared to other places in the same price categories. All they offer for coffee is nescafe and the staff sat down next to me on a table having breakfast them selves.....so much for the guests.
I ran from this hotel and looked for another place to stay in the same area, after they offered me as a single person a room with a double bed and a single bed on the street side, where noisy trams stop all day and night. I found a place 10 times better and for the same price nearby.
This place pretends to be gay friendly as well, but I think they miss the boat what that is concerend. I did not feel welcome at all. It is cheapo place for people on a very low budget. The only nice thing is that the BF room, which is poorly appointed, has a view on the Agia Sofia, but it is not worth staying in this place for that. Go next door to the Amassador hotel and you have the same view.

The only thing barely saving this from a 1 star rating are the sweeping views from the top floor dining room, a decent breakfast and fairly friendly staff. Otherwise, room was dirty, mostly cold, we scavenged our own towels from the maid's closet down the hall as none were provided, no hot water and daily flaking/falling plaster from the ceiling onto the bed. Easily the worst hotel of our entire trip in Turkey, and the most expensive, too!

Room Tip: Stay at Deniz Houses instead via backpackers travel agency! Much, much better in all respects, and v...
