We stayed here for two nights while falling in love with Istanbul. If you are visiting Istanbul as a tourist, it is in a great location, close to sightseeing desitnations and great restaurants. Breakfast is included, and is average. They serve cheeses, bread, olive, tea, coffee, compotes and some fresh fruits. Also serve one or two hot dishes which were not good (fried potatoes, fried zuccini). There is a computer in the lobby for using the internet. They also have a safe behind the concierge - old fashion style, you get a key and they have another key, no one key can open the safe without the other. It was great since everyone told us to be careful about pick-pockets.
The rooms are clean and adequate. Provate bathroom and TV included. Our room also had a jacuzzi.
We don't have kids, so I cannot speak for people travelling with children.
