Overall the hotel is ok. I'd say a good 3*, but noway a 4*!
We arrived late on Friday. Reception were over concerned about us having a double bed and offered us a room change. When we complained about the room size and view they became rude and dismissive. Suffice to say the room change never happened!
We decided not to pursue as wanted a chilled weekend, but were far from happy.
Photo of our city view attached. We paid an extra £20 per night for this.
Breakfast was limited, but location was excellent.
Istanbul is a wonderful vibrant city and the hotel experience didn't taken anything away.
