have to say a really pleasant group of staff, good location to all the key spots and fair price/ good value. Definitely recommend the hotel. (this review should not require me to write 200 characters) - but the hotel was great and people friendly - and oh yeah - the rooftop breakfast (included) was a real treat. Def recommend this hotel. Thx

There are may things to say about Sultans Inn. The reception staff was always helpful, the breakfast was good and the location is perhaps the best. On the downside, I personally think that Eur 120 for the room, is overpriced. It is so small there is no space to store 2 suitcases and no cupboard to hang the clothes, only open hanging place. Although the bathroom is small, it was clean and recently renovated.

Our curtains could not close the first night but was fixed and the railing was replaced the following day. I would not stay there again.

I can understand all the hotels in the "old city" has restrictions but 3rd floor without a elevator!!

Thank you for sharing your ideas about our hotel. We will take them in consideration to improve our service quality. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness and breakfast of the hotel as well as the location. As you noted in your e-mail, only a few of our rooms are smaller comparing to others since our hotel is renovated from an old local building in which it is banned to make further renovations. That is also hindering us to provide large wardrobes in the rooms. It is the same reason that we can not set an elevator in this historical building. Upon prior request, we provide rooms from the lower floors.
Regarding your dates of stay in April, the price is reasonable in comparison with surrounding hotels as the prices depending on the occupancy.

I stayed in Sultan's Inn for about a week. The Hotel is very clean, the sheets are nice and crisp, the bathroom is also very clean. The breakfast is out of this world. Sultan's Inn is located in a very safe and clean area, near the bazaar, blue mosque and good restaurants. You can basically walk everywhere, the train station is also very close. I loved my stay, I hope you will too.

We returned to Sultans Inn as it provided us with all our needs while in Istanbul. It is well located and has plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets close by. The rooms are a little small but this is offset by the friendly, helpful atmosphere of the staff. Breakfast on the rooftop was a great way to start the day

Most of the staff doesn't speak English so don't expect any guidance. One guy who probably didnt understand what i was saying supposedly marked the hotel on my map. It was marked wrong so i spent 30 mins at 10p trying to find the hotel which wasnt fun. Even with it marked right, it isn't an easy hotel to find. It's on a small street as far south from the blue mosque etc as you can go. Also, I found rooms in Istanbul that were similar for about 10 euros less than what these guys quoted - they brought the price down when I told them this but the whole process was a little distasteful. Maybe I'm being too unrealistic, but it would be nice to go to a hotel and know they aren't ripping you off.
Breakfast is great, view from the terrace is fab. Rooms are ok - very clean but tiny. Don't stay there if you're looking for a convenient location or guidance from the staff. Good option if you're looking for a view.

Hotel Sultans Inn was clean and tidy with an excellent buffet breakfast. We chose one of the cheaper rooms which was as expected. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. Conveniently located near the Blue Mosque.

We enjoyed our stay at Sultans Inn. The location of the hotel is the best bit, right at the heart of the old city. The Mosques, Bazaars, Shops, Restaurants are all near by. The Hotel room was adequate if a bit small. It was very clean and all the amenities were up to par. The breakfast was good enough and the staff are nice and friendly. If you like to walk around rather than lounge around, this is the hotel for you on a budget. I will say the rooftop terrace was delightful though....

Room Tip: Try and get one of four rooms with a balcony........
