Nice reception area and lounge/restaurant, positive first impression. Alas, there is more positives, only negatives after this. The worst thing about this hotel is that most of the staff (not all, but most) is rude. Rude people in the reception, rude people in the restaurants.. I believe this is not acceptable for any hotel.. In the top floor we had an absolutely disgusting meal served by waiters who threw the plates on the table. The food was below bottom quality. As we were put in this hotel by Turkish Airlines after our flight was cancelled, we were given coupons for lunch and dinner. Needless to say that we did not use the dinner coupons!
Wifi provided for free but was very slow with long periods of non-availability. Room was not bad, but still old and rundown. No descent sound isolation between rooms. We asked for a city map and they asked for.. 3 euros! Of course room size and location cannot change but wifi, food quality and staff attitude is not impossible to bring to tolerance levels.
