“good location,polite staff”
Reviewed June 26, 2012

The location of the hotel is very good, you just need to cross the road and after 5 minutes you are in Istiklal st. .
The staff are polite and helpful.Specially in health club they try their best for you to get a relaxing sauna and massage.
The rooms are not bad but they could put more hygienic facilities there. The housekeeping staff should pay more attention to make rooms clean and tidy.
If the breakfast had more variations,it would be more interesting for guests.
The free high speed wi-fi internet is very good & useful.

What can I say? It has the potential to be a nice hotel. good location. nice view from many rooms, a swimming pool etc., but over all the hotel is run down, the service is bad, the corridors smell, and the rooms are inadequate.

Room Tip: Try for the upper floors with a view to the south-west. Note that the lobby is on the 6th floor. The...

I stayed in the hotel with my boyfriend for three "scary" nights!!! The room was small, dirty, noisy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor and served in a very small area. The staff was unfriedly, speaking only basic english. The only good thing was the location.... I wouldn't recommende it to anyone...even to my enemies!!

The hotel is a total disgrace for a 4 star hotel to any decent traveller. Room was very dirty and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor and you had to search well in order to find a clean cup for your coffee. The only good thing was it's location 5 mins from Istiklal street. No basic facilities such as a thermometer a lady asked for her son and NOT provided...But the main problem remains the dirt. Carpet, bed, bathroom, windows, doors...all really dirty! You can see from my pics. Don't go there!
