The price of the cheapest room was the double the price of next door hotel for seasons. İ stayed in many five stars hotels in the world including many kempinski this hotel is even more expensive than one and only in maldives. Breakfast its not included. One coffee cost 17 dollars. Service at the pool was very slow and when i asked they said they are very busy. İ think if they chqrge tonnes of mOney they should employ more money qnd find orher excuses for lack in service.More
First you definitely should and must stay at this hotel because of its magnificient view, excellent food, hospitality, service, spa and Turkish hamam, and many more. They have the best spa and Turkish hamam in town! Best, luxurious brunch and breakfast and many more.They have an excellent high tea in the afternoon as well. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are marble. If you go during the summer season they have a very nice outdoor pool too. Even if you do not stay at Ciragan you should try one of its restraunts, they have excellent service and a great food. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
Unfortunately we could only stay one night in this hotel but it was an experience we will never forget. The setting is beautiful next to the busy Bosphorus river. The service at this hotel is amazing. Cannot wait to return to Istanbul and Ciragan Palace one day.
The service was top knotch. They knew our names the minute we walked in and the check in, at the room, was a super nice touch.
We were staying in the newer wing, not the Palace suites. The infinity pool was breadthtaking. Dinner at Turka, even if you don't stay they is a MUST!
They were most accomodation to our various requests and we even got to see a wedding from the balcony of Turka, as we ate our dinner.
Had a private event there May 2011, for 150 people- it was just the best!

Dont be misled, this hotel is just another average 5 star hotel located next door to the real Ciragan palace. You will not get a room in the palace unlecc you book the Palace suite or the Sultan Suite ! The picture on the hotel website shows the real palce next door and bot the actual hotel building .
The location is not the best in Istanbul either, its far away from most tourist attractions and is difficult to access because of huge traffic problems in the area. The nice thing is that it it located on the banks of the Bosphorous and the views are really great.

I was there for a business convention
the location is TOP NOTCH with views on the Bosforus. the place was previously a royal palace and it shows.
rooms are really nice and clean
overall it's quite an experience and would really recommend this hotel
