The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood in Istanbul, in about a 10 mins walk, you'll have all the tourism/shopping to fill a couple of days. The hotel itself is a true 5 starts hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and with stunning views. The food is beyond description. I've been raised eating Mediterranean food. And the hotel buffet provides a perfect selection of Mediterranean foods that simply remembering it makes my mouth water. The staff couldn't be nicer, a testament to the hospitality and loveliness of the Turkish people. They all speak English as I don't know any Turkish so no problems in communicating whatsoever. I will certainly visit this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Super service, was there with my 3 children staff was extremely friendly and helpful... A big thank you to Ishrak at the lobby who was very welcoming and great at entertaining the kids...will definitely return.

Swissotel is a wonderful hotel to stay in. It is very nicely decorated . The location facing the Bosphorus with fascinating views from the rooms , from the terrace & from the lobby . The rooms are spacious & comfortable. The staff is efficient & friendly. The restaurant is good with rich breakfast & lunch . Mileh is one of at the restaurant the very good staff. They have lots of lifts in both East & west towers ,but they are a bit confusing as some lifts do not take you to your floor . They should show the floors that a particular lift takes you to !. The indoor & outdoor pools together with the Jaccussi are really good.

The stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were wonderful with an amazing view! Good service from the staff! The roof top bar was spectacular with the views - the bar - a bit on the slow side from a service perspective... The conference facilities were really nice... Breakfast and lunches in the hotel was really lovely - good food, nice wide variety. Overall 5 stars

I had a very nice time in this beautiful hotel at a prime location. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is kind and helpful. Food is Amazing. Special thanks to Bellboy @Can who was quick to solve an issue in the business center.

Two stays of 2 nights each on my way to and back from Bodrum. After staying at CIRAGAN Kempinski last summer, I decided to try Swissotel which had been highly recommended by family and friends and I was not disappointed. Beautiful rooms and I got an upgrade to Bosporus view from the Garden view corner room I had booked. The view was spectacular! The staff at reception and housekeeping was always helpful and provided excellent and immediate help. Breakfast offered a great variety and outstanding service. Definitely my hotel in Istanbul for future visits!!!
