Wonderful experience!!

Two stays of 2 nights each on my way to and back from Bodrum. After staying at CIRAGAN Kempinski last summer, I decided to try Swissotel which had been highly recommended by family and friends and I was not disappointed.
Beautiful rooms and I got an upgrade to Bosporus view from the Garden view corner room I had booked. The view was spectacular! The staff at reception and housekeeping was always helpful and provided excellent and immediate help. Breakfast offered a great variety and outstanding service.
Definitely my hotel in Istanbul for future visits!!!

Amazing place and location

Beautiful clean rooms amazingly well appointed. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Staff very friendly. Good handy location.
Downside is still using plastic single use bottles, would like to see reusable used.
Also breakfast food quite average.

Cobro doble

This hotel charged me two times!! First I payed in the hotel, and then when I was back home they charged me again the same amount 10 days later!! Now I am back home in Mexico and is very difficult for me to solve this problem!!

Dear Swissotel Guest,

Thank you for your review and giving us the opportunity to redeem the misunderstanding of our payment system. I would like to kindly inform you that we have a deposit policy in our hotel, therefore, upon arrival we are getting pre-authorisation from our guest's credit cards or in cash. However, after departure, time to time due to each countries bank agreement with Turkish counterpart, it might take more than couple weeks for authorization to be released.

For the detailed research and feedback please could I ask that you get in touch as soon as possible with the hotel via our Guest Service Team, at istanbul@swissotel.com, so we can discuss the matter in more detail, and assure your concern is addressed properly.

Thanks to mr melih&sabrosa restaurant

amazing place, very kind staff especially mr melih at breakfast and dinner the view was very good nice atmosphere good location near every where, room was very clean and comfortable and th environment has always been clean and organized

Swissotel in Istanbul is Superb!

I visit Istanbul very frequently, During my last 6 visits I only stayed at the Swissotel. The moment I step in this hotel I feel like home. The staff are very friendly particularly Suat! They strive to provide the best service for the guests. This place is over the top! It is super modern and it constantly becomes remodelled and updated. I love it’s location since it is a walking distance to Nishan Tashi where the high end shops ,cafes and restaurants are situated. The rooms are very clean and updated.I highly recommend this place!
