Owner description: One of the smaller mosques in the city, it was built by Rustem Pasa in 1561 and is noted for the very fine tiles covering the interior and exterior walls.

It was quiet and deserted when I visited, as compared to the other mosques. It is very close to Yeni Mosque so worth the trip if you are nearby. The mosque is smaller and covered in blue tiles.

A very old Mosque close to the Spice Bazaar.
Famous for it's colourful tiles that are set in floral design.

This Cami is very nice . It is somewhat small but extremely beautiful. It is also surrounded by a market that is not much known by tourists which may be a plus for those who wish to wonder and explore areas that are still anonymous .

After visiting the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, we found this beauty. It's a little tricky to find, but worth the effort. We were the only visitors so it was very quiet and peaceful. The tiles were some of the best and we were able to admire them up close, without crowds. There were also free Qurans and pamphlets on Islam available outside the mosque. This is a must see!
