“Kucuk cami”
Reviewed September 19, 2013

This Cami is very nice . It is somewhat small but extremely beautiful. It is also surrounded by a market that is not much known by tourists which may be a plus for those who wish to wonder and explore areas that are still anonymous .

“favorite mosque”
Reviewed September 14, 2013

After visiting the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, we found this beauty. It's a little tricky to find, but worth the effort. We were the only visitors so it was very quiet and peaceful. The tiles were some of the best and we were able to admire them up close, without crowds. There were also free Qurans and pamphlets on Islam available outside the mosque. This is a must see!

“A respite for the faithful and tourists alike!”
Reviewed September 8, 2013

We were happy to find this beautiful mosque tucked away in the narrow alleys behind the Misir (Egypt's) Bazar. The mosque is built above street level so you have to take the unassuming stairs to the courtyard above. Once inside you discover a gem of floral decorations on its thousands of Iznic tiles. The mosque is a quiet oasis away from the hubhub of markets below. A respite for the faithful and tourists alike!
