New property in great location for sightseeing during your stay in Istanbul. Check in was not very efficient, first they did not locate our reservation and it took quite a while until they figured out, which room to give. Luggage was brought to a different room. Our room was a suite, in the central building, extremely spacious with a living room, huge TV, guest WC with, small kitchen corner with fridge and a big sleeping room with attached bathroom. The bathroom had a very stylish bath tub and a nice, spacious shower and double sink. The only downside of the room is the limited daylight coming in as the building is in a kind of patio. Bed very comfortable with nice linen, very clean. During my morning shower, hot water stopped running and I had to wait with my hair full of shampoo until water came back (10 minutes). No apologies nor explanation from the front desk.
Rich breakfast, however refill not very well done and towards the end the buffet looks quite chaotic. We had an afternoon snack in the Chapelle Restaurant, soup and omelette, which were both delicious. Overall good place to stay for 300.-- Euros a night for 2 persons including breakfast.
