Perfect localization near Hagia Sophia , Kumapi restaurants district and Old City . Perfect view from a window.
Modern hotel with some strange interior equipment. WI-Fi for free but works seldom. If you don't ask to change glasses , cups or towels , you will not get the clean ones ( very very strange in a 5 starr hotel ) .There are no hangers in the bathroom so the towels are all the time wet. Wardrobe so small that the suit is laying on the safe. It is impossible to hang lady dress or a coat in a wardrobe. Rooms not so clean , enaugh light to read , quiet. Acceptable breakfasts . Overall service in the hotel is sufficient . In my opinion the hotel is a bit too expensive.

This hotel used to be managed by Crown Plaza, but is now managed as a Boutique (much better). The location is perfect (all rooms on the front view the Hagia Sophia). The hotel has a nice terras in front, with bar (english pub style). The rooms were good, clean, with nice features (tv screen in mirror). Liked the bath room as well. Good, comfortable beds. I was pleasantly surprised, especially because of the location (right in the middle of the old historic centre, yet enough privacy / enough distance from all the tourist traps). Breakfast (food) was good - breakfast room still a little bit crown plaza look and feel (conservative). Overall service in the hotel is sufficient - could be better (sometimes English language is a problem). Check it out - you will not be disappointed. We stayed with a group of 10 (EUR 100 per person including breakfast).

We stayed four nights at this hotel in the old city of Istanbul, minutes from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The location is terrific -- within walking distance of almost everything you want to see in the old city. The hotel itself is modern and well appointed. The rooms are relatively large with all the modern amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restauarant, while not among the best in the area, is certainly more than adequate. The breakfast is quite fine as well.

Overall, a very fine place to stay in an amazing city.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a the third (highest floor).

The hotel postponed their official opening and there is still some construction inside the building. Although managment told me upfront there will be no noise there was construction noise to be heard during the entire stay.
We had an excellent view of the Hagia Sophia which made up for the bland interior of the room.
Why they put an oldfashioned Irish Pub in a contemporary yet slightly Ottoman style hotel is beyond me. The hotel is a conversion of an office building, not initially built as a hotel. Maybe that´s why noise travels easily from room to room. My husband had to get up at night to ask the neighbours to turn down their tv. He then realized that it was not that noisy in the neighbour´s room. The TVs are integrated in the walls (inside a mirror - weird, like in a Vegas bathroom) maybe that´s the reason why TV noise is easily heard in the adjacent rooms. The location of the hotel could not be any better. The street is pedestrian, so no traffic noise. All major attractions are within easy walking distance. The decoration of the hallways and the entrance hall are nice. Why the huge lobby only has one small sofa and 2 chairs is again beyond me. Obviously they don´t want anybody to sit there. One last suggestion from my side: Turn off the loud music on the terrace which travels into the bedrooms above.

The location is top in the Old City - the Sultanahmet aria, at 4 minutes walk of Agia Sophia Mosque and very close to a number of good restaurants. If you are lucky (or by request) you could have a room facing towards the Mosque. Evening view is great but also the day time one! The hotel seems to be newly refurbished, in a very nice way (entrance seems ato bring a sort of vintage style), modern while it also keeps a touch of the traditional symbols of the old empire.
Rooms are large, top equiped bathrooms, Wide flat screen. No noise, no difficult things to accomodate with. Maybe just that when staff speaks in Englsh you need to pay attention. Personnel is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast: i initially expected a larger variety of food, but i then realised that the food offered is good quality and generally you can find a lot to choose from.

Room Tip: Ask for a Mosque view room in order to get the view!
