The problem with promise hotel and its manager/owner is that it just promise and apparently doesnt offers anything...I would never ever recommend for someone to stay in that particular dodgy hotel...There are hundreds in this area you can choose but not hotel promise if you do not want to ruin ur visit....

The worse experience in my life! The owner would try to over charge you and try to sell you a "box" room in the price of a 5 star hotel. When we arrived he was trying to convince us that our reservation was canceled! He show us a room that had ppl in and it then took him 3 min to clean!!! You can Imagine the hygiene of that place

My husband and I stayed here for a few days in April. The hotel is located very close to Taksim Square and the Istiklal Caddesi, which is a pedestrian area with tons of shops, restaurant, clubs and bars.I chose this hotel based on reviews, location and price.

We booked a standard double room which is extremely small. The bathroom is TINY,TINY,TINY. The standard double room is probably not a good idea for larger people, they might find it extremely uncomfortable. The room was clean enough, although the blanket was kind of dingy and I found it suspicious....so I took it off the bed. Unfortunately, room service kept putting it back on every day. The sheets underneath were clean, though.

The reception staff is very helpful and nice. They will try to sell you an upgrade to the deluxe room which they offered to us for an additional EUR 20 a day.But since we only needed a place at a convenient location to sleep, shower and leave our stuff in we kept the smaller room.We decided we'd rather spend the money on good food.

Also,if you are sensitive to street noise, this hotel won't be a good choice. There's loud music coming from the bars and clubs until around 2:00AM...after that it gets a little more quiet. We didn't mind that so much, but others might find it annoying.

The rooms have safes for an additional charge per day.

near all the main streets and metro and bus station ,from a very near walking distance .rooms are very nice with nice beds and heating and plasma screens and 500channel on tv ,mini bar and sealed windows from noise .

Room Tip: deluxe rooms are the best ,the other rooms are very small with small bathrooms
