We spent 5 nights at the hotel in August. The entire staff's friendliness and helpfulness were our first impressions of what we found to be Istanbul's hospitality. The hotel provides a wonderful central courtyard where guests can relax while sipping complimentary beverages and eating cookies and cakes and talk over their day's adventures. Our room and terrace offered almost a 180 degree view of nearby rooftops and of the Marmara Sea. We ate at their restaurant for two nights. The warm ambiance coupled with a friendly and helpful staff and great menu provided a wonderfully relaxing end to our day, and the breakfast selections were a perfect way to begin the next day. By the way, need a taxi - they'll have one waiting for you. Need suggestions for a tour in another city - they'll help you decide on one and make the reservations. Looking for a special restaurant - they'll provide a few ideas and if needed, make reservations for you. Perfect! The hotel is in the old part of town, and while we found it a wonderful place to explore, the steep, narrow streets may be an issue for guests who have difficulty walking. But the abundance of taxis may solve some of the location issues. Overall, we found the five nights we spent at the Rose Garden Suites to be a wonderful base from which to explore Istanbul. We do not hesitate to recommend the Rose Garden for your stay while in Istanbul.

Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Selcuk, one of MANY outstanding staff members. They were all extremely helpful and willing to accommodate us in every possible way. They were able to arrange taxis, direct us on where/how to get around, and even give us a few lessons of Turkish as well! Just genuinely warm people~

The suite is hidden amongst the many unique buildings and cobbled streets of Sultanhamet. There's a peaceful essence about the neighborhood. Great location~ half an hour from Ataturk International Airport. The room itself was very comfortable; cozy bed, great AC system, clean bathroom, secure safebox, and a cute balcony overlooking the garden...I was very pleased with my room. The staff was able to provide me a power adapter and the rooms were cleaned everyday.

The food was delicious!! We always made sure to have the breakfast! I already miss it! I chose to have lunch & dinner at the hotel many, many times during our stay because it was so good! The whole menu was great! Bravo~

After my stay here, I highly recommend booking at the Rose Garden Suite. I believe it was the kind staff and our garden suite that made it possible to have such a pleasant trip in Istanbul.

The hotel staff were helpful from the start, even as soon as I landed in Ataturk Intl. Airport. I was delayed at the airport for a couple of hours due to a luggage related mix up and missed the hotel's pick up service. Even after a delay of hours, the hotel was accomodating and helpful, immediately sending another car (as soon as they heard of my delay). Throughout the entire week of my stay, the staff remained warm, kind, and extremely efficient. Most importantly they were always eager to help!

The hotel itself is situated in a very convenient location, of walking distance to major attractions such as the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. I had no difficulty walking around the area. A number of charming restaurants and cafes are also located nearby. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The bathrooms are spacious and elegant as well.

The breakfast buffet offers a melange of beautiful mezzes including olives, hummus, dried figs, beautiful fruits such as nectarines, grapes, eggs made to order, and an assortment of turkish breads. I particularly appreciated the constantly stocked fridge of mineral water and selection of cookies, free of charge, to all the guests. The a la carte menu in the restaurant also offers both turkish and western dishes; we particularly enjoyed the grilled sea bass and the grilled meat balls!

I will definitely stay at the Rose Garden Suites Hotel upon my next visit to Istanbul, without a moment's hesitation!

We stayed here last week and had a wonderful visit. The service was excellent - they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable for 4 night visit. The location is 5 mins away from the Blue Mosque. Breakfast has lots of varieties.

We had been travelling for while and decided to upgrade here - was well worth it!
Would highly reccomend.

We stayed for a week in this gem of a hotel. The staff were great especially Selcuk who took time out to introduce us to the hotel and indeed Istanbul. We especially liked the garden where we often had coffee, water and perhaps cake.
The room was great we stayed in one with a balcony and view of the garden. Excellent air con. We had trouble with the safe by that was soon fixed.
Breakfast was very nice.
I would high recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul

This little hotel was excellent, from the greeting until wwe left the staff were 1st rate, the room we had, traditional queen was clean, very spaciaous for Istanbul with a great little court yard. The garden area was magnificent, and for us was the best part of the stay. Close to the main attractions it is easy to wander back and rest in the shade with a cold drink. We have already booked there on our way back through after touring around more of Turkey.

Room Tip: Tradition Queen room

很可爱的酒店 花园布置特别用心 怪不得叫GARDEN HOTEL

A very lovely hotel with beautiful garden layout .
Breakfast is very rich ,their fruits are the sweetest in our whole Turkey journey.
there is a black and white cats looks particularly good with the boss of hotel.
My friend was also up a suite in the attic, the feeling of the Cinderella fairy tale triangular roof is quite lovely.
The location is very good .So if you forget something or feel tired, hot, adjust back to the hotel is very convenient.
