“Vanilla custard meets Apple Cider”

Maybe that sounds strange ... but it is indescribable if you ask what it tastes like, so I'm just gonna sorta quote a review I read somewhere online - the taste and thickness is like a watery custard - tastes like vanilla smoothness meets apple cider sour-ish after taste. Texture like that of a Gerber jar food. Not everyone's cup of tea, but I like it! I picked the one with cinnamon dusting on top instead of plain. Was told afterwards you're supposed to eat chickpeas with it, but I missed that!
Anyway, doesn't hurt to try and given the benefits of this drink - I'd drink it all winter if I could!

Boza is an ancient strange healthy drink that confused my taste buds at first but then a couldn't resist and it became very moreish. The locals get dried chickpeas and add it in with a sprinkle of cinnamon, definitely worth the try. Cheap yummy ice cream too and old sherbet drinks and tamarind for the less adventurous. great atmosphere

It ıs located on the very old historic part of the city. But inside is very antique and it feels as thought your back in the 50's. The drink flavour wont probably admired by everyone,it has a different taste a little sour but once you like it you will wnat to drink it all the time.
