I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such a friendly staff. Rooms, breakfast, health club every thing was very good.
I recommend everybody the club lounge on the top floor. Very pecefull atmosphere for those who need to work and
dine at the same time. The rate is quite reasonable when compared with what is offered. With € 20 supplement
you can have a light dinner and drink (whisky, vodka, beer etc) whatever you like without limitation.

Definately not a hotel for tourists. It is around 15km from the old town and centre of Istanbul. Rooms overlook a business park and a used car wreckers yard. Hotel is mock and kitch and totally devoid of character or charm. This is strictly a hotel for people doing business in the business park. It wasn't obvious when reading the recent trip advisor reviews. Staff seem friendly enough but it doesn't make up for the total isolation you will feel staying at this hotel.

Nice clean, and baroque style decorated hotel. The hotel is brand new, so rooms and public areas are still on a good shape. Breakfast is average if you are a fan of french style pastery, only salty omelettes and susages are interesting. But the area is horrible, far from city center (located in a business area still under construction) there are few restaurants 5mns walk if you're not frightened by some dogs at night). If you plan to go to city center plan to be charged around 30 euros by taxi drivers, that aren't all honest! (normal fare shouldn't exceed around 10 euros). Not suitable if you plan to visit istanbul!

This is not a hotel you stay for touristic purposes. It serves very well for business stay if you have to visit the city for a short period and prefer to close the meeting places. There are many offices at surrounding, best choice for dinner is to take a cab for couple of the nice restaurants on Bosphorus coast. The hotel itself is perfect. Service quality is high to feel you comfortable. Open buffet breakfast is by far better than similar 5 stars.

I stayed here for 4 days due to a business meeting. The hotel is really nice, the rooms are comfortable and with good beds. Excellent and newly renovated bathrooms. The room anyway incredibly hot (and outside was around +5). So I had to sleep with the window open. The A/C was very noisy and could not let me sleep. The food is nice and lunch, breakfast really various and tasty. If you dine there, instead, there is quite a poor selection. The personal tried its best to help you, but the level of English is incredibly poor. It was hard to talk with any of them. I want to thanks anyway the guy outside that supported us when a taxi driver was tried to rip us off. And here the really issue of this hotel if you do not go there for a nearby business. It takes ages to go downtown. Count at least one hour in the traffic with crazy taxi drivers that drive as there is no tomorrow and without any rule. It is also quite far from the airport, at least 45 minutes.

the hotel itself is nothing special as well as the facilities are well maintained, clean and of good design. But. The big dfference is the staff. The courtesy is unique. the staff welcomes you in a way as if you´d been there since years. unfortunaetly I hadn´t had the chance to experience the spa and breakfast but I believe that also this will be fit the demand of frequent travellers. Don´t care about the location. crab a taxi and you´ll be in the most interesting parts of istanbul inbetween 20-30min.
