“Two days in Istanbul”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 18, 2013

We travelled with our family to Istanbul. The whole trip was arranged by City of Sultans and they were flawless. The organization was fantastic. No delays anywhere. Arranged for 2 wheelchairs for my parents and Eren took special effort to guide us around the city. Kudos to him for making our trip so enjoyable and going far and beyond what was expected. Thanks Eren and CoS.

“Enjoyable day in Ephesus”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 17, 2013

We decided to do a private tour instead of a cruise line tour with many people. We arranged a tour with another couple and were glad we did it. Our tour guide, Murat, was able to provide a lot of information about the area. We watched tour groups being herded through Ephesus while we were able to take our time and really enjoy seeing a great deal. You definitely need to take your time when visiting to explore as much as possible. If you go in the summer, make sure that you bring plenty of water and snacks. This archaeological site is not as extensive as Pompeii, but fascinating nevertheless.

“No Fun”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 12, 2013

We had a very poor guide who seemed like she didn't like us. Information was very sparse and the guide spent most of her time on her cell phone. We would have been better off with our guide books and spending the day touring by ourselves. It was no fun with Funda.

A very nice place to visit, full of attraction, delicious food, clean city, polite people, Sultan Ahmed mosque, Aya Sofia , and grand bazaar all are making the trip very fruitful. I recommend it for every one.

“A Wonderful Day in Istanbul”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 24, 2013

We had a great day in Istanbul on a City of Sultan tour with Eren Bolek. He was knowledgeable and got us into all the sights with ease. His studies in history and architecture enhanced our tour. He helped us have fun shopping in the spice market. We couldn't have had a better day. His tour was so much better than any ship tour we could have taken and for a lot less money. Knowing how to get around helped us see so much in a shorter time, plus we travelled in an air conditioned mini van.
