We were recommended this place by many friends and we did not regret eating there. The sea bass with caramelized sauce is marvelous, as are the fried zucchinis, the kofte and the lamb. The service is good, happy faces in the place, I think this is a meeting point for 30 something Turkish people who really enjoy themselves. We also loved their pomegranate mojito a lot and the desserts were really special. The decor is modern minimal but warm and cosy as well. Nice location also, near the galata bridge is one wants to walk by the sea after dinner.

Maya was the best new find on our last visit to Istanbul. The restaurant is run by two young, creative chefs/entrepreneurs.

There is nothing ordinary in the menu. Expect great culinary surprises, fresh ingredients and ideas.

I would recommend it for a group of good friends to order and share the whole menu and enjoy through the better part of the evening.

It's a perfect place for seeing the fusion turkish cuisine. They are using organic ingredients, everything that they are using in the menus are fresh. They are changing the menus by season so they can offer the best quality in there food. You should book earlier because it's impossible that you can find a place before 2-3 days.

This place is becoming very popular in a trendy area of Istanbul Karakoy. You need reservation to experience the place. I definitely recommend this place not only for visitors but also for local people who are looking for modern dining places which combines traditional Turkish cuisine recipes with some creative touches. Lamb is highly recommended as main course. As starter fish kofte and Albanian style cooked liver were truly delicious ones. Milk desserts are all great. Their wine selections are very limited and you may dissappoint by their Turkish wine offerings. I cannot say that Turkish wines are comparably good for those great meals. Restaurant has a very stylish atmosphere plus great service. Prices are good value for money. They need to further improve design to reduce noise inside with more cotton/textile. Current interior design amplifies the noise a bit.

A rather small restaurant to show up...need reservation. It 's a Turkısh cuisine but a bit of a modern take on some traditional foods. We had a great time first because the attendants were very helpful, courteos and polite ,secondly all what we had ordered were on time and tasteful.. One of our choice was lıttle fish Called 'hamsi' and it was really decious. The starters were also admirable and the wine selection was amazing..The atmosphere was really delightful with little interesting decoratios. It was a cosy place but what we didn't like was the noise which made us not to hear even the one next to..If you want to have a special conversatıon be there in the afternoon hours not on lunch and dinner hours!
