If you're looking for best quality, best service, best maintenance, best location, best breakfast, best rooms, best personnel, best manager, best of the best in boutique hotels, the house hotel nisantasi is the one to choose. My stay at the house nisantasi is the reason why I come back every time to istanbul and the reason why I fell in love with the city to start with. They have the best of everything starting with Kevin the hotel manager who adds charm and luxury to the hotel with his stylish manners and general knowledge, he's always available with helpful tips to make your stay super pleasant. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home and even better. The rooms are always clean. The location is perfect on the most happening street in istanbul. Whether you're going for business or leisure, single or family, I fully recommend the house hotel nisantasi to make your stay perfect in every way.

I agree totally with the "insightful comment" on the website and other recent reviews of this outstanding hotel. This is the top of the top, a 5-star boutique hotel, probably as good, natural and satisfying as any hotel we have ever stayed in. Returning throughout the day, or at the end of the day, was like coming home. Extremely welcoming and comfortable feel generated by educated, considerate and extremely well prepared and well organised staff. Staff knew their roles. Dignity, respect, finesse, understanding, excellent service and natural unobtrusive helpfulness and friendliness were typical of all staff at all times. Front desk and breakfast room staff with whom we interacted most were outstanding and, with management, all contributed to a cohesive whole. Buffet breakfast very impressive, catering for wide tastes, offering many choices. Spacious rooms, good amenities, very comfortable beds, huge range of books in reading room. Location in comfortable safe area surrounded by class shopping and cafes and restaurants. Definitely my first choice when we return to Istanbul.

Room Tip: Our room was quiet, on 4th floor, no street noise reached us. Unable to suggest if any room is spec...

We recently stayed at The House Hotel Nisantasi for a total of 9 nights and had one of the most fantastic and memorable vacation experiences of our lives. Excellent location and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, we felt like family and immediately bonded with the staff and the property. Our days were filled with fun travels and experiences within the city of Istanbul, but it was so wonderful to return to the warm and quality confines of The House Hotel. Every staff member deserves special recognition; from the front desk staff to the bellmen and managers, every person made a lasting impression on us. Special recognition goes to Kevin and the always-attentive front desk staff. We will always remember you and hope to return soon. Thanks for making our trip so special!! Greg and Omid

The hotel was fabulous. A huge room with complimentary chocolates. Comfortable bed and very quiet despite road below. Delicious breakfast in the 'library like' room. Best of all was the service. The manager got us a reservation to a restaurant that was fully booked. Definitely recommended.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Great location in the city close enough to Taxim square but far enough to be out of the crowds. Nice clean neighbourhood with the high end shopping stores on your street. The hotel rooms were very clean and modern and fresh. The hotel staff was excellent although some minor language barrier at times but nothing that deterred from anything.

The hotel has everything we were looking for in a luxury, boutique hotel in Istanbul. The room we had was spacious and well appointed. The staff were not only very friendly, but they were always there to help ensure that we made the most of the city. The manager was available in the breakfast lounge each morning and provided great tips on how to best explore the city each day. The hotel is located away from the tourist frenzy, but has a great selection of restaurants nearby. It is easy to get to by a short taxi ride from the closest tram station. It is also a 10 minute walk from a metro station, which connects to Taksim Square, other parts of the Beyoglu area and the rest of the city. The breakfast was also excellent, providing fresh fruit, egg dishes made to order, as well as, a full selection or modern Turkish breakfast items. We will definitely be back.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the rooms with a roof-top terrace on the top (7th) floor. Room 75 is rear-facing, so...
