The hotel is located in a side street near the 4.Levent Metro. Its not a pretty street, certainly not where you'd expect to find such nice rooms. It is however close to the metro and very close to the main avenue (Büyükdere Cad). It is 5 minutes from Maslak (the business center of Istanbul) and a 15 minutes metro ride from Taksim.

The room I stayed in (King Suite) was very large (2 rooms + kitchenette) and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and both rooms had nice LCD TV's and free wifi. My only complaint is that there is no central heating/cooling and they rely on oldish air conditioner units (one in each room). The units worked well but were a little on the noisy side (cheap brand).

Due to the location of the hotel (sandwiched between other buildings), dont expect to see anything from your window. Not a big deal if you're just coming back to your room to sleep but must be taken into account if you're planning to spend time inside (or if claustrophobic!).

To make up for the lack of external views, the rooms are designed with a "mood lighting" concept. My room was green (quite powerful green LED lighting everywhere), other rooms are red, blue, etc. Although the effect seemed cool for a few minutes, had to turn it off because it was so overwhelming.

The hotel offers a breakfast I'll call "cute" & simple: nicely presented plate with fresh ingredients. The "restaurant" is quite small and nicely decorated as well. Don't expect much though. They only offer breakfast and basic food.

Service was courteous. This is a small "hotel" (more like a residence) and you only see one service personnel each day. So dont expect room service.

Finally, price was right. The hotel makes up for its backstreet location and lack of views with very large rooms offered at a discount price.

Highly recommended for business trips. A little claustrophobic for family (although room sizes kind of make up for this). Certainly worth a try.

I have spent 2 nights in Mood Suites. The decor in the hotel was really lovely.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the hotel's turkish homemade food. I really enjoyed my stay there. Will be back for sure.

The decoration of my suite was to my flavour. On the whole top floor, there is a very large suite called Presidential Suite with a large balcony.
If you could book it, you are lucky, but there is only one Presidential Suite, its colour is red. Next to it, I would definitely recommend king suites. But you should consider;
the hotel looks like a 5 star but they do not have all the 5 star hotel facilities but better suites. They only have a restaurant and 2 meeting rooms and nothing else as a facility.
They do not have a swimming pool. If you say, the suite should have a high quality and the price is important for you then this hotel is your choice.
I was staying in a 5 star hotel nearby, then i found this hotel on booking.com
and changed to it. I stayed there for much less than half the price and triple the room size; but I had to give up my swimming.

Hotel's location is very good. It is 2 minute walking to 4 Levent Metro. Why is it important? It is.. because metro system of Istanbul can be considered as a single line.
On the one end is Taksim and on the other end is Maslak/Sariyer. There are lots of things in both directions. And 4.Levent Metro Station is in the middle. You can travel in both directions as fast as possible. With taksi, bus and minibus it is the same. Bus station is also very close and there are minibuses every second but i would definitely
suggest taksi and metro for their comfort.Very close are the most modern shopping centers of Istanbul:Sapphire, Kanyon, Metrocity, Ak Merkez.

To sum it up; suites are large; have a very good decoration, very clean, have high speed internet, 2 LCD TV's, bedroom, lounge, dining room, safety box, etc. etc.. Price is low, Hotel is modern; location is central, but no swimming pool.

Room Tip: On any booking site, just choose king suite

I stayed many times at this hotel. Very nice boutique hotel, 5 star quality at a reasonable price.
Fabulous breakfast. Quiet, large rooms with pleasent decoration.
Friendly staff. I would recommend deluxe or king suites. They are very large. You feel like home.
I usually specify a color preference with my reservation. I like the green and orange ones.
There is one deluxe suite with round bed. It is also very attractive.
Hotel is very close to the metro station, only 2 minutes of walking.

Room Tip: The best one is the presidential suite at the roof
