We tried a few different baklavas and a sort of whipped cream cylinder with chocolate and crunchy caramel. My hotel had recommended Çigdem, so I expected the baklava to be excellent, which it was. The surprise was the cream thingie. The cream was so fresh and flavorful, and barely sweetened because cream that fresh and good doesn't need to be covered up with added sweetness! The chocolate and caramel were the perfect foil to the cream. Mmmmmmmm. I'm getting nostalgic just thinking about it.
The price was reasonable for too quality pastries.
