Fenerbahce, famous with Turkish football team is a district in the Asian part of the city. It is just by the seaside and there is also a park by the sea as well. There are many cafes which are popular mostly amongst young people.
As a local, don't go there often. If you have plenty of time in Istanbul, maybe you can go for a short walk or have an average buffet breakfast on a Sunday morning.
