“river trip”
Reviewed January 30, 2013

We did this ourselves and saved loads of money as the tourist excursions were costed in EU, we went on a local boat with Turkish tourists, to the Black Sea and back.

“Beautiful Sunny View!”
Reviewed January 30, 2013

it's amazing how the bosphorus strait split the same country half european and half asiatic!
the view it's amazing, especially if it's a sunny day, the Bosphorus Cruise is not bad, but nothing unmissable, in any case I suggest everyone to choose the short one, 2 hours are enough, especially if your stay in Istanbul it's not a long stay!
enjoy your trip!

“do this on your stay”
Reviewed January 29, 2013

A short taxi ride away from Taksim is this lovely strait. Sit , relax, have a cold beer or glass of wine and watch the crowd pass by. 20th Jan 2013, temp was almost 20 Celcius. Traffic can be a problem as short distance but took us almost an hour to get there. Still worth going. Almost like a beach atmosphere which you would expect down south in bddrum / dadalmam/ marmaris.
if ure lucky, find a balcony view overlooking the sea. On the Sunday, I was not that lucky.

Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!

“The Beautiful Bosphorus”
Reviewed January 29, 2013

The Bosphorus Strait tour is a must do activity in Istanbul. In other words, the Istanbul trip is incomplete without a ferry boat trip along the Bosphorus. The view from the Bosphorus strait of the old buildings on both Asian and European sides are just breath taking.

The Bosphorus bridge view is also an essential part of the trip. You must take a picture of yourself with the bridge in background. Because the bridge is the symbol for connecting Asia with Europe.

superbly scenic vistas and a wonderful light quality make this a photographer's dream come true. Windy though- take hat, gloves and a scarf!
