we decided to have dinner at this roof-top terrace restaurant to mark the end of our trip to turkey. our travel agent who made the recommendation helped us make reservations on a busy night during the end of ramadan.
i would agree with another post that the actual entrance to the restaurant can be a bit tricky. however, we were enchanted upon arrival to the roof-top. the views of the city were beautiful, and our travel agent had snagged us a table at the "window" for even better sights of the bosphorus.
our waiter was very professional and knowledgeable of the menu choices. he made great recommendations which was exactly what we wanted: anything not kebab. the meze appetizer was both a sight to behold and a taste for the senses, however we were a bit disappointed by our dinner (fish) choices.
in summary: incredible views, courteous staff, and above-average food
