the hotel has a great investment in furniture , and in a fair location as well, that is near to the metro and of a good looking inside, this is the third year i visit the hotel, but this year i can tell it has degraded dramatically in the services , all sectors, room cleaning, unorganized , laundry ... all kind of services
i had to carry all my luggage when after the check-in and check out alone :) that is not a normal thing in a hotel of a $250 per night.
also though the breakfast menu looks wide, but it wasn't a good one, however i used for the last couple of days the "executives restaurant" which provided much better food though it is a small place!
also the food provided through the room service is very poor in terms of variety
actually i don't intend to repeat staying there again, of-course i can have better staying with even less cost

Nice Business Hotel with very supportive staff. Very clean and very nice rooms, fast and stable internet and well filled Minibar - unfortunaely something one hardly finds in these days. Checkin/checkout fast and efficient, large breakfast buffett - only coffee needs improvement

Stayed here for 3 nights on business in November 2012. I can’t comment on the location as Istanbul seemed quite vast and VERY populated. We stayed near my office and it seemed a business hub and not very touristy (not loads of cafes/restaurants – but loads of banks and office buildings).

As for the hotel – first impressions were very good. Contacted them via email with a prompt and polite response. Visually driving up, it’s ~20 floors in an equal symmetrical square. It was very busy, but all the bellman and front desk were very friendly and greeted me with a smile (EVERY time).

Check-in easy and they offered lots of information about the hotel including meal times, location of fitness centre, etc.

There’s an atrium bank up the middle of hotel – looks nice, but maybe a waste a space? Means you can hear the “ding” of available elevators/lifts even if its 2 floors up or below you (trust me, if you stay there, you’ll know what I mean here). The rooms are very nice – perfect size and layout. Honestly, there’s not one thing I’d change about the room. Good mirrors, plugs, and furniture just where you need it (I used every space and that never happens!)

Toiletries were okay. The shower was very good – hot and powerful. It had the “rain” shower as well as the hand-held. Sliding doors too which I like as it limits invasive space.

There’s a coffee maker and 2x free waters in the room (if you’re in the business rooms). You also get complimentary ironing for 2 pieces of clothing which was very useful as I it was very difficult to get my hands on a iron/ironing board (none available first day and had to wait ages the 2nd day).

Finally – the staff were lovely. Most spoke English (or tried to – watch when they just nod and agree… not convinced they know what you’re saying!) The service was very nice here. Had breakfast 2x and it was yummy (one traditional Turkish and one just boring ). Prices for minibar were fairly reasonable as well (for a change). Breakfast served on 18th floor and very varied.

The fitness centre was as big as my local gym and the pool/Turkish bath great. There’s also a floor level dedicated to gaming for the younger kids which I didn’t use (naturally), but happened to see by accident when going to the fitness stuff in lower levels. It looked pretty cool.

Would stay here again quite easily when I visit again – so many nice little touches (“pillow menu”, Turkish good-luck charm, great service, and nice room.)

What a pleasant surprise, business orientated, but good rooms, clean and well equipped. Brilliant business lounge and probably the best gym I have seen in a hotel for a LONG time. Only criticism is the jacuzzi didnt work well and the water looked a bit dirty. But the steam room and sauna were very enjoyable!

The hotel was nice...decent, but not what I consider 5 star. The staff was very pleasant and promptly responded to all of my requests. I stayed in a room on the end and I didn't like the way the room was shaped...no big deal though because I basically just slept there :-) The view of Istanbul was great from my room and even better from the "rooftop" restaurant. The breakfast buffet was not good to me at all, but hey I didn't particular care for anything I ate while visiting. The best food I had came from the Pizza Restaurant in the hotel. The apple, mint smoothie cocktail was awesome and refreshing!
