This hotel is in the old sector of Istanbul, easy walking to: the trams, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice markets...... Etc etc The staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are not huge, but we had an extremely comfortable king size bed. When in Istanbul there is so much to see, little time is spent in the room. This hotel is also just around the corner from great open air restaurants. We are planning our return.

This hotel is located in the Sultanahmet Area close to the Blue Mosque,Aya Sofia,Archeaological Museum,The Basilica Cistern and not too far from The Grand Bazaar or Spice Market. Breakfast is great (typically Turkish) and the hotel also offers pick up from the airport at approx 30Euros whether 1 or more people. Staff very nice & helpful, rooms fine ( typical European & some can be a little on the smaller size) - overall a very good hotel in a great location and value for money. Also if interested in food & culture the Istanbul Eats Tours are very good & give a genuine Istanbul experience.

Located up a quiet side street in Sultanahmet, the Sirkeci Park offers good value for Istanbul, which can be quite expensive. Book ahead for the best pricing. Really nice people at the front desk, and the other staff are just as nice and friendly as you'd ever want to find. The location of the hotel is a big plus: it's a short walk either to the Blue Mosque area or the river, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. When the man at the front desk heard my wife say our nephew was having his 21st birthday, he sent out on his own (and at his own expense) for a cake and put together an impromptu surprise birthday party for him on about half and hour's notice...they even had burning candles on top! And the cake was awesome! How can you beat that?! Truly kind and friendly people here.

Room Tip: Book early for the best rates, and the elevator only goes up to the fourth floor, so if you have lim...

Hotel was perfectly situated and offered great value. Steps away from all the main attractions. Rooms are small but are great for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers nice variety and is constantly replenished.

This hotel is a good choice for those travellers who seek a fast connection to major attractions in the Old Center of Istanbul.

The Reception is small, but sufficient. The room (we had one on the 6th floor) was small, but clean. Had a window facing the Bosporus and a direct door connection to the fire-exit stairs. Good rain shower. The elevator goes until the 4th floor, the rest is 2 stairs up. Friendly staff, very helpful, speak suffiently English. Shuttle service can be arranged. Free and good WIFI connection in the hotel. Breakfast was regrettably in the basement, while surrounding hotels have a roof terrace for breakfast. But then again, it was good, sufficient and clean.

Biggest advantage is the location of the hotel, 5 minutes from major attractions, 1 block away from tram connection, 5 minutes walk from Ferry terminal and surrounded by nice restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

Conclusion: recommended for a city trip to Istanbul.

Room Tip: Room at the backside facing the Bosporus, if you do not mind walking 2 small stairs, I recommend roo...

This hotel could not rate as a bed & breakfast in Blackpool. I spent my first night in "a room" smaller than a broom cupboard with NO window except for a hatch opening on the staircase, even though I had booked early. The excuse was "the hotel is full". The breakfast roomwas in the basement. Although the web site mentions a bar, there is none. The tv channels are all Turkish regional. The walls are thin and it is possible to hear conversations in other rooms. The staff could be surly. I would never in any circumstances suggest staying at this hotel. I considered cutting my losses and leaving after the first night Avoid this place.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else. There are other hotels nearby

This small hotel was really not bad.
We had a double room on the second floor facing the street with a very-very small balcony. Location of this hotel is perfect (close to everything - old city, sea, bazaars etc., tram stops 1 block down the street).
Staff was friendly, they normally understand us, but we spoke on Azeri (this language is close to Turkish).
The breakfast contained a big choice but it was the same every day. The hotel doesn't have its own kitchen, so they have to order meal everyday. That's the reason why you will never have here something like porridge - just "fast food".
Internet had worked on our floor.
The rooms are clean and very compact but old-repaired. We had problems with tumble dryer in our bathroom and once it was trouble with door key.
