What a wonderful discovery! This boutique hotel is in a fantastic location - within walking distance from Istiklal Caddesi, the main pedestrian street in Istanbul filled with shops, restaurants, tea houses and more. The walk is uphill but a great workout!! I cannot say enough about the staff who are so polite and attentive. The rooms are well appointed - with wood floors, iPod players, gorgeous white marble bathroom. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking Istanbul - eggs made to order. I would definitely, definitely stay here again!!! Can't recommend this boutique hotel highly enough.

A really wonderful hotel in a superb location on a traffic free road. It was so peaceful it was easy to forget that we were in the middle of one of the world's busiest cities. The staff were deligthful and couldn't do enough to help. The hotel is in a converted monastary which has been sympathetically refurbished, the artwork depicting istanbul brings a touch of colour - especially in the lift shaft. Our room was enormous and well appointed with a luxurious large bathroom - and yes, a jacuzzi bath. The rooftop restaurant and bar was a perfect way to relax at the end of the day and must have some of the best views in Istanbul over the Bosphorous and the Golden Horn. The food was excellent, modern turkish using french cooking techniques and local produce. Overall I can't wait to go back and I can't recommend the place highly enough.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, I absolutely loved the suite and the Jaccuzzi was great for relaxing after a long day of walking around hilly Istanbul!
The hotel location was very convenient as it's within walking distance of Istiklal street (the main shopping area) and there's a close tramway to take you into all the main attractions Istanbul has to offer.
The terrace restaurant/bar offers an amazing view of Istanbul and was nice to wake up to for breakfast, although the breakfast buffet selection was a bit limited.
The guest relations manager was kind enough to book a table at Reina on a Saturday night for us, which was a little overpriced but well worth it as the food was great and the club atmosphere later was amazing.
Overall I was very happy with my stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone

We spent four nights at Tom Tom in a Junior Suite. The decor is modern and tasteful. Our suite was very spacious and had the MOST comfortable bed. Seriously! It was so hard not to take naps. Breakfast is served outdoors on the top floor with a nice view. The front desk was also very friendly and extremely helpful with everything. It is located in a convenient location... very close to istikal cadessi and also centrally located between the old city and other areas you may want to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's hard to find fault with the TomTom Suites in Istanbul, which does what a boutique hotel should do extremely well. Our room (a Senior Suite) was huge, decorated in comfortable modern style, with a great marble bathroom to boot. Staff are friendly and competent, the terrace bar has a charming Bosphorus view, and breakfast is good (we didn't dine at the hotel). The Four Seaons and Ciragan Kempinski can obviously beat the TomTom for facilities and (for conventional types) location, but for me this a great litle hotel. Issues - all minor: hard to find and unknown by taxi drivers (the hotel should provide direction cards); not crazy about the modern Turkish art in our rooms, but not a huge problem; and it took us until the second night to figure out that the shutters outside the windows could be closed to eliminate light pollution. We'll be returning.
