“Horrible service, and mistakes”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 27, 2012

Although the location is lovely, right along the Bosphorus and beside the palace, the service was absolutely horrible. For the first time in our lives, we considered walking out without paying the bill. The waiter understood very little English, which isn't a big problem as the menu was translated and had photos, but he messed it up anyway. One item that we ordered two of, he only brought one of (and never brought the second despite requests). I ordered a vegetarian pizza and it arrived covered in peperoni. He tried to convince me it was vegetarian, then left in a huff. When we wanted to pay our bill there was nobody around. Finally we stood up ready to go (and about ready to walk out) and a Turkish family asked if they could have our table. We told him, yes, we've been trying to pay fo 45 minutes, so he finally got someone over to help us. Very frustrating.

“great place with decent prices”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 21, 2012

I was just there and had the most amazing time. People who work there were kind and helping. Although the restourant is pretty big I didn't wait too much for my order. I spent three hours there having coffe, dinner, desert and then coffee again .I wasn't even hugry but I just couldn't get myself to leave. I watched the sunset. Overall,it was pretty great to be there.
