A wonderful lunch at Zuma Istanbul with a temperature of 35 Degree and the view of the Bosporus over the edge...... The sushi were served on ice and the the freshness of the tuna and salmon was very good. I have some spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chilli and sweet soy that was again very good. If you are in istanbul it is a place to go. Price was over £60 but it is worth to try it .....

We had a reservation for 10:30 p.m. We arrived earlier and the place had several tables empty. Despite our request to seat earlier, they waited until 10:30 to seat us. It is Turkish with an attitude. Food is great comparable to the others Zuma around the world but in most cases more expensive than other Zumas. Wine list is ridiculous overpriced.

Been to Zuma around the world including London and Hong Kong, so was so excited to come to the Istanbul sister restaurant. We had high expectations only to be sorely disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the food was exceptional as always, but the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The restaurant was only a third full and the over supply of waiters was annoying. Thankfully we found the upstairs bar to end our evening which was clearly the place to be. An average night that got better.

I don't see how anyone can recommend the service at this place. It's exactly like most other places in Istanbul and there fore not acceptable at a restaurant of this standard. Waiters were not available when they should be (for taking orders), but constantly when they shouldn't be by removing half empty glasses and interrupting conversation with their clumsy delivery of plates.

They brought three dishes of the tasting menu at the same time, and when I asked them to slow it down one waiter said ok although he clearly didn't understand a word of English, and another waiter offered to wrap one of the dishes in tin foil and take it back to the kitchen to wait. Jeepers!

Waiters generally weren't able to introduce what they were serving - they didn't know. Terribly unorganized and unsuitable.

The food was good though, by far the best Asian in Istanbul.
