Have been there several times. Few years ago it was Joe Smoker's Pub. Place and menu are same as previous Pub had it. It is very close to Radisson and Intercontinental hotels (not sure if Intercontinental still have this badge).
They have good house brewed beer. Food is quite good. Steak is not burned off. I usually have some meat and Greek salad. They charge extra for bread. Prices are high for Tashkent. A steak, salad and bear is around 60.000 Sums. Service is great and they have a menu in English also. There is a live music on terrace...well guy with sax is walking around. It makes a friendly atmosphere. A water pipe is also part of menu. Depending on what they fill in, price is 10.000 sums and up. If you are in neighborhood and have no other ideas, you will get a nice diner here.
