Always our favorite place when we have visitors. We enjoyed the food and the service here. Eventhough black pork curry always must have dish but I had tried prawn curry this time. It was very tasty. Highly recommend this place.

I had 2 visits here during my stay in Colombo. The first for the famous chocolate cake with a friend was superb, it really is very special and was every bit as delicious as I remembered it from 4 years ago. The second, for lunch, was not so good. I ordered the Whitebait for lunch only for the waiter to ask if I wanted it as a starter. I was a bit confused and said yes only to discover it was a miniscule portion costing almost as much as the dish as a main course, which was not a good buy and was a massive disappointment and mistake. I should have had it as a main as I intended. It would have been good value. Really not sure why a waiter would talk you out of your order. So, take care if they start querying your order.
Other than that a lovely setting and relaxing place with connections to Geoffrey Bawa as they will explain. The shop is excellent. The Buddha statues in it are much better quality than somewhere like Laksala and it is worth a trip here to browse in. I like the place a lot and would always come back when in Colombo.
Following the trail of Geoffrey Bawa gives this place an edge on tropical cool .
Paradise Road located in the olde home and offices of Bawa is a great spot for great food .
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here and was definitely one of better meals on our 26 day Sri Lankan journey .
Staff are slick & the main man shared a little extra in showing us one or two special rooms !!!
Definitely recommend PRGC and also their homewares store of the same name .
These guys run a seriously cool operation
