Many thanks for your review and as the management of Sapphire we wish to enlighten other viewers about our stand with regard to your review.
We accept that our hotel is a basic star class hotel and also accept that the church adjoining our hotel has a service in the morning due to Lent period and this will be there for another two weeks until Easter Sunday. This is beyond our control and we must respect all religions. However, we give below the facilities we offer to our customers as a three star hotel.
• In Rooms – AC, Hot & Cold Water, Piped music, 32”LED TV with over 50 channels (Local & International), Mini bar, Safe locker, Hair Drier.
• Golden Palace Restaurant – which serves Local , Indian, Chinese & International Cuisine
• Swimming Pool & Terrace, Mini Gymnasium, Public bar, Residents’ bar
Also for the benefit of the public we wish to publish a sample Breakfast menu what we offer to our Customers.
o Egg of your choice – Boiled, scrambled, Bulls eye or pan fried
o Omelet of your choice - Masala, Cheese, spicy or Sri Lankan etc.
o Sausages - Chicken
o Bacon (Chicken or Pork)
o Dhal, Wada, Idli, Uppuma or Dosa,
o Chicken & Fish curry / Masala/ Tandoor or Chinese style
o 2 kinds of Fresh Fruit juices
o 5 kinds of Tropical Seasonal Fruits
o Assorted bread basket (Garlic, Brown, White, French toast,)
o Muffins, Dough nuts, Pan Cakes
o Corn flakes
o Kanji (Asian herbal porridge)
o Tea/coffee
