“ATM didn't worked, but local people are very friendly”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 4, 2014

When we were there the ATM's didn't worked, so we couldn't buy anything there. Rubles or euros they don't accept. Luckily it was a sale-employee who has given us smth, what we wanted to buy but couldn't because of another money, just for free as a present.

“good looking station but nothing much in the station”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 22, 2013

The UB station is looking very good but nothing much happening here. You have to be really careful here as a lot of locals hunting for foreigners.

“Huge old soviet train station”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 12, 2013

This was our starting off point for the overnight trip to Erdinet. This is a busy station all of the time. The vendors are everywhere and everyone is constantly moving. Everyone is constantly getting off the trains, going to the vendors and back on the train.

This whole place feels that you have gone back in time twenty years.

The weirdest thing was the bathrooms, there was a woman it the men's room selling toilet paper in full view of the urinals.
