When I stayed at the hotel last year, I met a good German business man. He recomended me to have "Shunittsel". He said a German cheff is selecting meat and cooks in the special manner. It was so tender and "geshmecked". This year I visited again with my friends and recommended " Shunittsel". But unfortunately there has been changed something. My freiend did say "delicious". But the dish was differenct from what I experienced. I wondered if the German cheff had already gone back.
